Meet the cheF
Chef Eric Brownlee oversees both menu development and the guest experience at Birch + Bloom and The Good Sport, drawing on more than 25 years of passion and experience to inspire and lead the team.
Previously, Chef Brownlee honed his skills as the executive chef at Charleston, SC’s Cork Neighborhood Bistro, as well as other popular SC destinations including String & Splinter Club, Blue Plate Restaurant Group, and The Katharine Brasserie and Bar. He hails from rural Pennsylvania, where he discovered his passion for agriculture and cooking with home-grown ingredients while working on his grandfather’s family farm.
