Daily | Ask your serve how to participateWelcome to "The Blind Approach" – where mystery meets indulgence in our exclusive blind wine tasting series! Dive into the intrigue as you explore a curated selection of exquisite wines without any preconceived notions of their identities.
Our expert bartenders will be on hand to guide you through the experience, offering tips and insights along the way.
This setup allows participants to focus solely on the sensory characteristics of the wines, such as aroma, taste, and mouthfeel. Participants will receive clue cards for each selection to help identify the wine. To enhance the thrill, every participant will receive clue cards for each wine, guiding you on a quest to uncover the identity of the wine.

Cocktail Masterclass at The Aspen Bar Every Friday and Saturday | 4PM - 5PM

Delve into the fascinating history of spirits and cocktails as our expert mixologists guide you through the origins and evolution of your favorite drinks. During the masterclass, you'll learn the art of crafting the perfect cocktail, from selecting the finest ingredients to mastering the art of mixing and garnishing. 

$45 per person | Please note your ticket will include gratuity, plus tax. Must be 21+ to participate.
