Celebrate Thanksgiving at Birch & Bloom with a festive buffet experience designed for gathering, indulging, and enjoying the holiday together. Join us for an abundant Thanksgiving feast featuring a selection of seasonal favorites and holiday-inspired dishes.
Please note: The Thanksgiving buffet will be the only menu offered at Birch & Bloom on Thanksgiving Day.
Cocktail Masterclass at The Aspen Bar

During the masterclass, you'll learn the art of crafting the perfect cocktail, from selecting the finest ingredients to mastering the art of mixing and garnishing.
