Taste a tempting fondue experience, transforming your chilly evenings into memorable moments with cherished company.

Winter Chalet Fondue Service:  Features a delightful white wine and leek fondue as the centerpiece, perfect for dipping and sharing.

Daily | Ask your serve how to participateWelcome to "The Blind Approach" – where mystery meets indulgence in our exclusive blind wine tasting series! Dive into the intrigue as you explore a curated selection of exquisite wines without any preconceived notions of their identities.
Our expert bartenders will be on hand to guide you through the experience, offering tips and insights along the way.
This setup allows participants to focus solely on the sensory characteristics of the wines, such as aroma, taste, and mouthfeel. Participants will receive clue cards for each selection to help identify the wine. To enhance the thrill, every participant will receive clue cards for each wine, guiding you on a quest to uncover the identity of the wine.

Join us each Saturday and Sunday in Birch & Bloom's spectacular L'Orangerie dining room for a delightful Tea Time. Let us curate a relaxing afternoon featuring Lo-Fi beats, sweet and savory bites such as Ricotta & Virginia Ham Sandwiches, Lemon Tea Cakes & Macaroons. Sample a selections of teas such as Oolong, Earl Grey & Jasmine Pearls.

Holiday Cocktail Masterclass at The Aspen BarNew Theme Every Saturday | 4PM - 5PM

Delve into the fascinating history of spirits and cocktails as our expert mixologists guide you through the origins and evolution of your favorite drinks. During the masterclass, you'll learn the art of crafting the perfect cocktail, from selecting the finest ingredients to mastering the art of mixing and garnishing.
